Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic female Sales Executive to join our real estate marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify and approach potential clients through various channels.
Present and promote our real estate projects to prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate marketing or property sales.
