We are seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Female Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and perform administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm smile, and a professional demeanor.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. *Greet and Assist Visitors*: Welcome guests, clients, or patients, and direct them to the appropriate person or area.
2. *Answer and Manage Calls*: Answer, screen, and redirect phone calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.
3. *Manage Front Desk Operations*: Coordinate and maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and tidy.
4. *Schedule Appointments*: Arrange appointments, meetings, and events, utilizing calendars and scheduling software.
5. *Process Payments and Invoicing*: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
6. *Maintain Records and Files*: Organize, update, and retrieve files, documents, and records as required.
7. *Provide Administrative Support*: Assist with tasks such as data entry, mail sorting, and other administrative duties.
8. *Communicate Effectively*: Interact with colleagues, clients, and visitors in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner.
9. *Maintain Confidentiality*: Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.

*Requirements*
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
2.1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
6. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
7. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

- Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Flexible hours may be required depending on business needs.
