Sungrow Fertilizer International & Chemicals, a prominent company in the agricultural and crop industry, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a "Regional Sales Manager". This position will be based in your Area, with responsibility for overseeing sales activities in their areas.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Sales Strategy Development:** Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
2. **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor the sales team in their region & fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the team's success.
3. **Market Analysis:** Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, understand customers needs, and stay abreast of industry trends.
4. **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
5. **New Business Development:** Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's market presence in the region.
6. **Sales Forecasting and Reporting:** Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the senior management team.
7. **Collaboration with Other Departments:** Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the agricultural fertilizer industry.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
6. In-depth knowledge of the regional market and customer behavior.
7. Ability to travel within the assigned region.

Candidate must having (5 - 6) years of experience in the relevant field of "Pesticide".
Candidate must having ability to move with their team.
