Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced WhatsApp Marketing Expert who is skilled in creating WhatsApp groups and broadcasts to engage with our customers directly. The ideal candidate will be able to use our extensive database of customers to announce offers, promotions, and discounts, and maintain strong relationships with our clients through regular WhatsApp communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage WhatsApp groups and broadcasts using our 10 years of existing customer data.
Promote offers, discounts, and brand updates to existing customers via WhatsApp.
Encourage customers to save our contact numbers to view our WhatsApp stories.
Efficiently save and manage contacts in bulk using Excel sheets and Gmail for seamless integration.
Maintain privacy and compliance with WhatsApp's guidelines while communicating.
Proactively follow up with customers and re-engage past clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in WhatsApp marketing or similar roles.
Expertise in creating WhatsApp groups and broadcast lists for promotional purposes.
Strong experience in managing customer databases and bulk-saving contacts using Excel and Gmail.
Ability to develop engaging, effective communication strategies for direct customer engagement.
Must own a motorbike for easy commuting.
Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple WhatsApp campaigns efficiently.
