Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle correspondence, calls, and scheduling
Maintain office records and documentation
Assist in HR and accounts-related tasks as needed
Ensure smooth workflow and coordination within the office
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Prior experience in administration is a plus
Female candidates preferred
