Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesman to join our solar items outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing purchases, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage both front-end customer interactions and back-end operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Greet and assist customers, providing product information and recommendations.
Effectively promote solar items, explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
Close sales and meet or exceed set sales targets.
Purchases:
Manage inventory by identifying product needs and placing orders with suppliers.
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms.
Track orders and manage the timely restocking of items.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and purchases.
Track inventory levels and prepare regular reports for management.
Manage invoicing, receipts, and other relevant documentation.
Customer Dealing:
Provide excellent customer service, handling queries and resolving issues professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sales or retail, preferably in solar or electrical products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Skills:
Customer service excellence.
Proficiency in inventory and sales management software.
Ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
