We’re Hiring: Finance Assistant For Lahore
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to contribute to a dynamic finance team? We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join our organization and support critical financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and process online customer refund orders, coordinating with HBL and Jazz Cash.
Manage and resolve bank chargeback cases.
Support call center operations by reviewing transactions and maintaining updated records.
Verify online payments for all branches using the HBL Portal.
Track excess and short payment details on Excel sheets.
Reconcile online payments on bank statements.
Maintain accurate refund records and prepare monthly sales and banking reports.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial portals.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with online payment platforms is a plus
