Salary: Starting from 30K + Incentives
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via chat and social media
Guide customers about products and services
Convert leads into sales
Maintain daily records and follow up with interested clients
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Basic English)
Sales mindset and persuasive skills
Basic knowledge of using mobile apps, WhatsApp, and social media
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
