Key Responsibilities:
*Design*
1. Create visually appealing and effective designs for websites, web applications, and digital experiences.
2. Develop concepts and design solutions that meet the client's objectives.
3. Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
4. Create branding and identity materials, including logos, business cards, and letterheads.
*Development*
1. Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
4. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
5. Implement security measures to protect against hacking and other cyber threats.
*Collaboration*
1. Collaborate with the team to design and develop digital experiences.
2. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high-quality work.
3. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
1.3+ years of experience in web design and development.
2. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e. g. , React, Angular).
3. Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Excellent design and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
6. Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet project requirements.
