We’re hiring Female Receptionist/HR to be the face of our company and play a crucial role in our HR operations.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proficient in spoken and written
English (required).
• Strong Organizational Abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry and formatting).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in administrative and HR tasks
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
• Reception Duties: Greet visitors, manage calls, and ensure a welcoming environment.
• HR Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
