We are seeking experienced Call Centre Sales Representatives with a knack for cold calling and telesales to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, pitching our products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Location: Eden Tower Main Boulevard Gulberg 3 Lahore.
Responsibilities: ·
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads.
Present and promote products/services using effective sales techniques.
Understand customer needs and tailor product pitches accordingly.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Provide exceptional customer service during and after the sales process.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a call center sales representative or similar role.
Proficiency in cold calling and telesales techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (verbal and written). Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
High school diploma or equivalent additional certification in sales or relevant field is a plus.
