Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled PHP Laravel Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Laravel framework, modern PHP development, and best coding practices. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while ensuring high performance and security standards.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code.
Integrate third-party APIs and services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance.
Work with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and write efficient queries.
Collaborate with front-end developers to implement UI/UX designs.
Follow best security practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities.
Maintain proper documentation of the development process.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework.
Experience with RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and OOP principles.
Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL and database optimization techniques.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue. js/React (optional).
Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
Understanding of server management, deployment, and cloud platforms (e. g. , AWS, DigitalOcean).
Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience with Livewire, Inertia. js, or Tailwind CSS.
Knowledge of unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
Understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
