Job Overview:
As a Business Development Manager at Al-Wali Real Real Estate and Builders you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving the growth of our real estate portfolio. With 3-5 years of experience in the real estate field, you will use your expertise to develop strategic plans, manage negotiations, and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the real estate portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and partners.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competition, and potential clients.
Lead negotiations for property acquisitions, leasing, and other real estate deals.
Manage and coordinate business development activities with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor the performance of business development strategies and adjust plans accordingly.
Attend industry events and networking sessions to enhance business growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of the real estate market, trends, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of successfully closing real estate deals and expanding business.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and develop strategies.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month Its up to you
