Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic call center environment? We are seeking an HR Officer to join our team and oversee various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and overall HR management. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of new employees
Manage employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives
Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues as they arise
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation
Provide guidance on HR-related matters to managers and staff
Assist in training and development programs for staff
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR executive role
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Experience in the call center industry is a plus
