We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Idara e Islamiat. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our system operations, billing, and packing processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of our products.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage and maintain our inventory management system
- Process and manage orders, billing, and payments
- Coordinate with the packing team to ensure timely and accurate packing of orders
- Troubleshoot and resolve any system or operational issues
- Collaborate with other teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Timing: 10 am to 7 pm
*Requirements:*
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related field
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
