Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial efficiency. This role is vital to maintaining our financial health and supporting management with insights for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursements.
Handle tax calculations, filing, and compliance with local regulations.
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Conduct internal audits and assist external auditors.
Provide financial advice to management for strategic planning.
Requirements:
ACCA Or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e. g. , QuickBooks, SAP).
Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data.
