Elate Commerce is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the eCommerce industry and will be responsible for managing various online sales platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and OnBuy. This role requires excellent organizational skills, customer service expertise, and proficiency in essential business tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product research and market analysis to identify profitable opportunities.
Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across multiple eCommerce platforms.
Handle customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues efficiently.
Respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner.
Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to manage data and generate reports.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth eCommerce operations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and policies of eCommerce platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with eCommerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and OnBuy.
Strong knowledge of product research and sales strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
