Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
Video Editing: Produce and edit high-quality promotional and fundraising videos.
Brand Development: Maintain and strengthen the organization’s brand identity.
Campaign Support: Collaborate with teams to support marketing and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Experience in Social Media Management: Content creation, scheduling, and engagement analytics.
Creativity & Innovation: Strong artistic and creative skills with attention to detail.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with various departments and volunteers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the non-profit or social impact sector.
- Knowledge of current design and marketing trends.
- Understanding of humanitarian and community-focused causes.
