Description
Are you a creative and detail-oriented video editor with a passion for storytelling? We’re looking for a YouTube Video Editor to join our team and help produce high-quality, engaging videos for our growing audience.
What You’ll Do:
- Edit videos for YouTube, ensuring smooth transitions, pacing, and engaging visuals.
- Add text, graphics, animations, and other effects to enhance video storytelling.
- Ensure videos align with our brand’s tone and style.
- Optimize video formats, resolutions, and export settings for YouTube.
- Stay updated on YouTube trends and best practices for video engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Experience with color correction, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention strategies.
- Ability to source and edit B-roll, stock footage, and images when needed.
- Familiarity with YouTube algorithms, SEO-friendly editing, and thumbnails is a plus.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in video editing, specifically for YouTube or digital content.
- Portfolio or examples of past work demonstrating strong editing skills.
- Knowledge of trending YouTube editing styles (jump cuts, fast-paced, engaging visuals).
