1. Verification Officer
Job Role:
Verify customer information, documentation, and installment eligibility.
Conduct telephonic and physical verifications as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies during the verification process.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
2. Recovery Officer
Job Role:
Contact customers to remind them of pending or overdue payments.
Develop and implement effective recovery strategies to minimize payment defaults.
Negotiate repayment plans with customers while maintaining a professional approach.
Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in recovery or collection roles is preferred.
