Description
We're looking for a reliable and experienced Virtual Assistant to manage the day to day operations across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay and Amazon. This is a full time position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced digital environment and can juggle multiple tasks with efficiency and precision.
Responsibilities:
• Process orders, manage inventory, update product listings, and respond to customer inquiries.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance for Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop.
• Analyze sales data and platform performance to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Track financial transactions, handle refunds, and manage payment related tasks.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to optimize listings, run promotions, and increase traffic.
• Collaborate with team to handle urgent tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
• Detail oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated.
• A proven track record of success in similar roles, with supporting performance data.
• Prior experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay and TikTok Shop).
• High level of accuracy and integrity in handling financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of platform-specific tools and e-commerce best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable reports.
Salary:
Commission based model, as per experience.
