Description
We are a leading US-based medical billing company seeking dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team in Lahore, Pakistan (Gulberg). *Qualifications:*
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with a focus on medical billing and collections.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of maximizing revenues while minimizing costs.
- Extensive knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding.
- Understanding of billing and collection regulatory guidelines and requirements.
- Familiarity with payor management and credentialing processes.
- Experience in monitoring Clearinghouse activity and managing EDI, ERA, and EFT processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- *Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in radiology and orthopedic specialties. *
*Responsibilities:*
- Oversee all aspects of the medical billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimize denials and optimize revenue collection.
- Analyze revenue cycle metrics to identify areas for improvement, including accounts receivable aging and denial rates.
- Work closely with billing, coding, and credentialing teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA.
- Foster strong relationships with internal departments and external payors to streamline operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of billing professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
