Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Upwork Bidder/Business Developer to join our team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for identifying, bidding on, and winning projects on platforms like Upwork. Your primary goal will be to secure high-quality projects that align with our services, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively search and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Write compelling and customized proposals to increase the chances of project acquisition.
- Maintain a high response rate and engagement with prospective clients.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the internal team to deliver quality services and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
- Proven track record of winning projects in previous roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or creative solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
