Umrah Centre is a UK based travel agency specializing in Umrah and Hajj packages. We offer our customers a seamless experience to perform their religious duties with ease and comfort. We're looking for dedicated Telesales Representatives to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to clients seeking to book their sacred journeys.
Role Overview:
As a Telesales Representative, your role will be to engage with potential clients over the phone, providing information on our Umrah and Hajj packages, answering their queries, and assisting them in booking their travel. You will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer Inbound calls and see to custmers queries.
Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in Umrah/Hajj travel
Provide detailed information on travel packages, visa processing, and services
Assist clients with booking and reservations
Build relationships and maintain customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals
Requirements:
Previous telesales or customer service experience (travel industry preferred)
Fluent English and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Umrah/Hajj processes is a plus
Target-driven with excellent follow-up skills
