Job Title: Customer Support Executive CSR
*No SALES or call center campaign*
UK Based
Working Hours: 54 Hours Weekly
Location: Allama Iqbal Town
Job Duties
Manage UK operations from the control room in Lahore (24x7 control room operations).
Respond to client queries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, etc. Schedule shifts for staff members.
Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: A-level or graduation.
At least 1 year of experience in an international (preferably UK) call center.
Excellent English communication (both speaking and writing)
