We are looking for an enthusiastic **Customer Service Representative** to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers during the **Canada shift (8 PM to 4 AM)**. The ideal candidate will excel at problem-solving, have excellent communication skills, and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions effectively.
- Log and track customer interactions in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-ups.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Flexible and reliable to work during the 8 PM to 4 AM shift.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in a remote or international shift role.
- Knowledge of the Canadian market and customer expectations.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
