Shift: 5 PM to 2 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: PKR 40,000 to PKR 120,000 (Based on performance and interview results)
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll coordinate and monitor truck drivers’ schedules, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries across the U. S. As the critical link between drivers, clients, and operations, you’ll optimize processes and consistently deliver top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Dispatching: Plan and assign loads to drivers efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Driver Support: Provide real-time assistance to drivers, resolving issues to maintain operational flow.
• Client Communication: Keep clients updated on shipment status and professionally address their concerns.
• Freight Management: Secure profitable loads and negotiate favorable rates with brokers.
• Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, schedules, and routes.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong connections with clients, brokers, and drivers.

• Night Shift Adaptability: Comfortable working from 5 PM to 2 AM.
