Job Description:
Dispatch trucks and manage logistics operations
- Communicate effectively with carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with carriers
- Convert leads into sales and generate new business opportunities
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Truck Dispatcher
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proactive and results-driven approach
- Strong problem-solving skills
Working Hours:
- 5:30pm - 2:30am (Monday to Friday)
