Position: Experienced Truck Dispatcher
Location: Bahria Town, Lahore
Shift Timings: 5 PM to 2 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: Starting from PKR 40,000 up to PKR 120,000 based on experience and performance + commissions
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will manage truck driver schedules, optimize loads, and ensure timely deliveries across the U. S. Your role will be essential in maintaining smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. As an experienced dispatcher, you will handle complex logistics challenges and work closely with drivers and clients to ensure efficient transport processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Efficient Load Management: Strategically plan and assign loads to maximize efficiency, reduce empty miles, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Driver Support: Provide real-time support to drivers on the road, addressing any issues and ensuring smooth operations.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, updating them on shipment status and handling any inquiries or concerns.
• Rate Negotiation: Book loads, negotiate rates with brokers, and manage pricing to maintain profitability.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations, driver schedules, and route details, ensuring all actions comply with industry regulations.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with drivers, clients, and brokers to support long-term business growth.

Requirements
• Experience in Dispatch: Minimum of 2 years in truck dispatching, with a strong understanding of U. S. logistics and transportation.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English with strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with U. S. -based clients and drivers.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Able to handle on-the-spot issues and troubleshoot logistics challenges in real-time.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with U. S. DOT regulations, Hours of Service (HOS), and other industry guidelines.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize loads, and manage schedules effectively.
• Tech Proficiency: Skilled in dispatch software, Microsoft Office, and GPS tracking systems.
• Night Shift Availability: Comfortable working a night shift from 5 PM to 2 AM.
