Salary:Starting from RS 35,000 PKR goes upto RS 100,000 ( depending on your interview)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to become a key part of our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee truck drivers' schedules, ensure timely and efficient deliveries across the U. S. , and troubleshoot issues on the go. You will be the essential link between drivers, clients, and operations, helping to optimize transport processes and maintain high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Efficient Load Planning:Strategically dispatch trucks to maximize efficiency and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Real-Time Driver Support:Communicate with drivers throughout their routes to resolve any operational challenges.
- Client Coordination: Keep clients informed about their shipments and handle any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Rate Negotiation:Book loads, negotiate competitive freight rates, and maintain profitability.
- Document Management:Keep meticulous records of all dispatch-related activities including driver schedules, routes, and load details.
- Relationship Building:Cultivate strong relationships with drivers, brokers, and clients to ensure smooth operations and long-term collaboration.

Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills:Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- **Multitasking & Problem Solving:Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and solving problems on the fly.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required):Previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a plus but not necessary.
- Night Shift Availability:** Comfortable working a night shift from 5 PM to 2 AM.
- Tech Savvy:Basic knowledge of dispatch software, Microsoft Office, or related tools.
