As part of our mission, we are looking for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction to provide high-level travel, hospitality, and logistics support.
:
-Communicate with international VVIP or state-level clients/customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information regarding availability, pricing, and the company's exclusive services.
- Collaborate with a team of chauffeurs to fulfill the needs of VIP clients/customers.
- Ensure seamless travel, logistics, and hospitality arrangements for high-profile clients.
- Proactively solve issues and deliver exceptional customer service experiences.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent spoken English is essential.
- Impeccable phone etiquette.
- Strong ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in the hospitality, travel, logistics, or hotel management industries will be highly preferred.

- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality management or customer communication.
- Applicants with prior experience in customer support, logistics, and hospitality management will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in nearby areas of Islamabad and Rawalpindi will be given preference.
