Description
• Candidates with minimum 1 year of experience as a Travel Agent or Ticketing Officer will be preferred.
• Excellent customer dealing and English language communication skills.
• Candidates must be familiar with any GDS (Sabre & Galileo preferred), fare construction, fare rules and ticketing.
• Minimum education is Intermediate (Bachelors preferred)
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• You should be able to provide information on flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements.
• Understanding of travel documents including passports and visas.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of travel regulations and requirements.
