We bought this tent from GoOutdoors to take on our motorbike as it was a lightweight tent with a good waterproofing rating. When we went to the display area it was pitched next door to our previous favourite the Vango Omega which looked huge but had no waterproofing skirts around bottom of porch area so in our view water & wind could howl underneath soaking all inside!
We have been proven right in our choice - this tent has been tested again & again with heavy rain in the Highlands, it has never leaked yet! The porch area is big enough for two to sit in & use cooker to boil a kettle with plenty of room for motorbike boots, panniers, etc. It has a choice of TWO doors (not one as per your spec!) with maybe the front door being a little hard to open due to lowness of zip but the built-in groundsheet is good quality although we also take a homemade footprint which helps to keep tent clean when taking down in the wet! The bedroom is a generous size for two and very easy to take down separately if outer is wet. It all packs away into a neat compression sack which comes with a large repair kit.
We are very impressed with the overall quality of this tent, the design, stitching, flynets, pegs & luminescent guyropes all good & so far very reliable. We are getting close to 10 minutes pitching time in good weather including installing bedroom separately!
