Description
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to queries about products, pricing, and services.
Persuade customers to purchase by explaining product benefits and addressing objections.
Maintain a detailed understanding of the company's offerings to answer customer inquiries effectively.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat sales.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Record all customer interactions, sales, and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in achieving sales goals.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
