We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
• Explain and promote products/services, addressing customer needs and concerns.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.

• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
