**Key Responsibilities:**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients or leads, introducing the company’s products or services.
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions to generate sales and meet targets.
- Follow up with potential clients and existing customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and effective manner.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outbound telemarketing or customer service. Entry LVL also Acceptable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Urdu and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
