Job Overview:
We are seeking energetic and results-driven Tele Sales Agents to join our domestic campaign. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and promote company products/services.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information about offerings.
Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
