Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Home Appliances Technician specializing in Inverter Air Conditioners, Inverter Refrigerators, and Washing Machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and repair various models of Inverter Air Conditioners, Inverter Refrigerators, and Washing Machines.
2. Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure optimal performance of appliances.
3. Replace parts and components as necessary, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.
4. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
5. Educate customers on proper appliance operation and maintenance practices.
6. Document all service and repair actions accurately and timely.
- Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Home Appliances Technician, with a focus on Inverter ACs, Refrigerators, and Washing Machines.
2. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems within home appliances.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
4. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
5. Customer-focused with outstanding communication abilities.
6. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
7. Certification from an accredited technical school or equivalent experience is preferred.
