**Job Title:** Technical Support Engineer
**Qualifications:**

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers in the field.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to sorting machines and banking products
- Conduct on-site visits to address customer concerns and perform necessary repairs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality technical solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team and escalate complex issues when necessary.
**Requirements:**
- Possession of a motorcycle is mandatory for fieldwork.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good time management skills.
