Duties
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Take responsibility for addressing issues to prevent them escalating to the next stage.
• appropriate investigations are undertake issues raised by customers are fully addressed
• Provide comprehensive performance information/reports that can be used to monitor performance and highlight issues which have arisen from complaints
• Answer incoming calls and provide callers with the requested information
• Follow communication procedures and standards
Skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Good problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of telephone systems and computer systems
Requirements
• Education : Bachelor and above
• Experience: 2 years and above in complaint management.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle customer enquiries in a polite and professional manner
