Taxi dispatcher's responsibilities include:
• Full time position for overseas client, 3 Months Probationary period, please send your CV once contact has been made
• Position based at office in Bahira Town Lahore and interviews will also take place here
• Starting Salary Rs 40,000 per month (No targets or commision
based)
* Office based and shift work.
• Must be fluent in English language speaking, writing and reading.
• Computer skills needed: Google suite, Excel, Microsoft office and
Word
• Online system: Taking bookings on an online system, phone
bookings and online enquires.
• Responding to calls: Answering incoming calls and assessing the
type of vehicle and number needed
• Dispatching vehicles: Sending the appropriate vehicle or vehicles to
the site
• Managing workload: Managing the workload of the vehicles and
drivers being dispatched
• Keeping records: Keeping detailed records of call information,
relevant location, and vehicles dispatched
• Planning schedules: Planning and organizing driver and technician
work by creating effective schedules
• Providing customer service: Providing a helpful and professional
service to the taxi company, drivers, and its customers
• Resolving trip issues: Working with customers and drivers to ensure
timely service and resolve trip issues
• Assisting Drivers: Assisting drivers that are in a safety situation
* Also looking for weekend part time staff.
