Responsibilities:
Log in and manage group buy tools daily.
Provide client support and assist with troubleshooting issues.
Manage client accounts and resolve queries efficiently.
Ensure smooth operation of group buy services.
Keep track of tool subscriptions and handle renewals.
Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
Must have good internet so candidate can work from home
Work from home, 12 hours a day.
Salary: 15,000 PKR.
Educational Qualification: Intermediate/Bachelor’s in Computer Science.
Fresh candidates with the required educational background are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of online tools and excellent communication skills are essential.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
