Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling:
Advise students on study abroad options, including programs, universities, and countries based on their interests and academic background.
Provide detailed information about admission requirements, application processes, and deadlines.
Program Promotion:
Educate students and parents about the benefits of study abroad programs through one-on-one sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote programs effectively.
Application Support:
Assist students in preparing applications, including personal statements, recommendation letters, and document submissions.
Provide guidance on visa requirements, financial planning, and scholarships.
Follow-Up and Support:
Maintain regular follow-up with students to track their progress and address queries throughout the process.
Serve as a liaison between students and partner institutions.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and outcomes using CRM systems or similar tools.
Market Insights:
Stay updated on global education trends, visa policies, and program offerings to provide accurate and timely advice.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Strong knowledge of study abroad programs and international education systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Experience in student counseling or a related role is preferred.
