Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Student Counsellor located in Islamabad. The student counsellor will interact with students and guide them in various matters related to studying abroad. The role entails providing excellent communication skills and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT/CS, engineering, social sciences and sciences
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle various customer interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Previous experience in the education or hospitality industry is a plus
