Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Store & Inventory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our online and offline stores across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, sales coordination, and staff supervision while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory & Stock Management
• Manage and update stock levels using ASAAN RETAIL software.
• Ensure real-time inventory synchronization across physical stores and the online store.
• Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and discrepancies through regular audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers for procurement and purchase planning.
2. Store & Sales Operations
• Oversee the daily operations of both physical stores and the eCommerce platform.
• Implement strategies to increase in-store and online sales.
• Monitor POS transactions, cash handling, and online payment reconciliations.
3. Order Fulfillment & Logistics
• Manage online orders, packaging, and deliveries through courier partners (TCS, Postex, M&P, etc. ).
• Ensure timely processing of returns & exchanges, updating inventory accordingly.
• Improve delivery times and customer satisfaction.
4. Reporting & Financial Management
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
• Track fast-moving and slow-moving products to optimize purchasing.
• Monitor store expenses and maintain profitability targets.
5. Staff Management & Training
• Supervise and train store staff on inventory handling, sales, and customer service.
• Assign tasks to staff for efficient order processing & inventory control.
6. Customer Service & Problem-Solving
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns both in-store and online.
• Improve customer satisfaction through personalized shopping experiences.
7. Marketing & Promotions Support
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute discount campaigns & promotions.
• Use analytics to track best-selling products and optimize stock accordingly.

Requirements & Skills:
Experience: 3-5 years in Retail, Inventory, or eCommerce Management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Software Skills: Experience with ASAAN RETAIL, POS systems, and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Daraz).
Strong Leadership & People Management skills.
Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving abilities.
Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, and Sales Strategies.
Understanding of Pakistan’s retail market & consumer behavior.
