We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor social media channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
Analyze and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure a consistent brand voice.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our channels fresh and relevant.
Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for campaign collaborations and partnerships.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop content that engages.
Experience with social media management tools (e. g. , Hootsuite, Buffer, etc. ) and graphic design basics (e. g. , Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience with paid social advertising.
Knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies.
