Hussain Buiders & Markeeter's is looking for a results-driven Senior Social Media Ads Specialist with expertise in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute high-impact campaigns, drive lead generation, maximize ROI, and stay ahead of evolving social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Conduct audience research, targeting optimization, and competitor analysis to maximize ad performance and engagement.
Set up and manage ad campaigns with an emphasis on driving lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
Implement event tracking, custom conversions, and attribution modeling using Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
Analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing campaign optimization.
Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content optimized for different platforms.
Conduct A/B testing to refine audience targeting, creative performance, landing pages, and call-to-actions (CTAs).
Manage ad budgets effectively, making real-time adjustments to maximize ROI while staying within spending limits.
Keep up-to-date with social media ad platform changes, new features, and best practices, ensuring campaigns remain competitive.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align paid social media efforts with broader digital marketing and business goals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Proven track record of successfully scaling campaigns and achieving KPIs such as high engagement rates, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Proficiency in tracking setup, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling using Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and social platform tracking tools.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics tools.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication skills for ad copywriting and collaborating with creative teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
