Executive and Telemarketing officer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a reputed call center or Social Media Marketing Field , with a proven track record in generating leads and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our services, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce them to our services.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through effective communication.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Effectively handle customer inquiries and address any concerns or objections.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into sales.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Create, curate, and manage content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and manage community engagement.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive traffic to websites or landing pages.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
