Description
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented university student looking for a dynamic opportunity? Join our team as a Social Media Assistant at our office on Tariq Road! We are seeking candidates who can commit to working at least 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
What We Offer:
• The base pay is 40,000 PKR, but with fuel allowance, punctuality bonus, and performance-based bonuses, motivated team members can earn around 65,000 - 70,000 PKR monthly. This pay scale is initially for a three-month period, but top performers have the chance to advance to team lead role, which adds a commission layer, with team leads typically earning between 150,000 to 200,000 PKR.

About the Role:
You'll engage in one-on-one direct messaging (DM) interactions with an international client base. Collaborating closely with US-based coaches specializing in online product sales, you’ll help connect and support their clients through social media.
• Engage with warm leads—clients already interested in our coaches' offerings.
• Utilize a provided script, personalizing responses to meet each client’s needs.
• Learn and embody the tone and style of the coaches you represent.
Ideal Candidates:
University students with flexible class schedules.
Can work from 6 PM to 4 AM
Strong English grammar skills and a professional, positive attitude.
No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.
