FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Alpha Core Service (Pvt. ) Ltd, dealing with construction and engineering projects, involved with the development and sale of multi-story commercial and residential projects. We are seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a good technical background, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to manage site operations efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise construction work at the site under the supervision of the site in charge, ensuring that the project is run smoothly, within budget, and on time.
Ensure construction work aligns with architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
Maintain and prepare accurate site records, documentation, and reports.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, manage labor, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to technical specifications.
Collaborate with teams to resolve site issues and ensure timely completion.
Conduct material and rates estimations.
Monitor site safety and enforce safety protocols.
REQUIREMENTS:
DAE Civil/ OR Intermediate/ OR Metric :-
with 2-4 years of experience in construction site supervision,
preferably of residential projects.
Proficient in reading and understanding architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
